What is the most popular hot tub you sell?

Our most popular tub is the “Pamlico”, model from our exclusive Outer Banks Series of hot tubs, designed with the local market in mind. Customers often choose the Pamlico because of its overall value, durability, performance and appearance. Among popular colors, customers often select the gray cabinet with blue interior shell. Other popular choices of tubs and color combinations offer a variety of choices.

How quickly can I get a hot tub for my rental home?

Because we have the largest inventory of spas on the Outer Banks we can typically respond very quickly for tubs purchased from stock, often within two to three days depending upon the season, the necessary permitting, and any other factors affecting delivery. We will always work to meet your scheduling needs.

What can I do with my old hot tub?

We know it is difficult for homeowners to dispose of their old hot tubs. We offer a service to remove and dispose of your old tub for a modest additional charge.

Do I need to hire an outside crane service to deliver my new hot tub?

No. We have our own four wheel drive crane truck and are able to deliver and install the vast majority of tubs. As part of our sales process we conduct an on-site survey of your property to assess delivery requirements.
